One of the prime objectives of the Association is to present itself and its members to the Compliance Industry and Land Transport New Zealand as competent, responsible and accountable
AIMS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a high standard of service and workmanship |
2. |
To maintain and enhance the reputation and good name of the Association |

To conduct business according to the laws of New Zealand and the regulations of any government department or statutory authority |
4. |
To respect the obligations of employing staff and to provide necessary training, facilities and equipment to carry out their jobs |
MEMBERS TO ACKNOWLEDGE

I/We will conduct good business practices in all facets of my/our company activities |
2. |
I/We will carry adequate Public Liability Insurance |
3. |
Any complaints will be taken seriously and efforts made to settle them before a dispute arises |
4. |
Co-operation should exist between members in promoting harmony, confidence and respect |
5. |
I/We will further the interests of the Association at all times and be loyal to its aims and objectives and abide by its Rules
